Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

Version 2026-10-10. What the law says and how it applies to this shop.

The rule

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Why it usually does not apply here

Zero To Agent is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. For such content the right of withdrawal ends once we start providing it, if two things are true:

  • you gave your prior express consent to start during the withdrawal period, and
  • you acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result (Article 16(m)).

You give both by ticking the box before you pay. Access starts immediately after payment, so the right ends then. We confirm this in the email we send after the purchase.

What stays

This does not touch your other rights. If the course does not open, is missing something, or is not what the shop describes, you are entitled to a fix, a price reduction or a refund. Write to hello@firstbootstudio.com. See section 8 of the Terms and Conditions.

Model withdrawal form

If the right of withdrawal does apply to your order, for example because you did not start access, you can use this form. Send it to hello@firstbootstudio.com.
